Washing instructions for mugs.
Please wash mugs as you usually would, either in the dishwasher or handwashed.

Are the mugs microwave safe?
DO NOT microwave the ENAMEL mugs as they contain metal.
All other mugs are suitable to microwave.
 

What are sublimated mugs and where are they printed? 

All mugs are sublimated with my own designs. This is a special printing process where the ink is transferred to the mug using heat. Once it cools the image is permanently on the mug. This allows me to have my watercolours and illustrations printed onto a mug of your choice with high detail. Each mug is printed by hand by another small local business based here in NZ. 

Earring Care.

All polymer clay and resin earrings are hand made by me. The clay earrings should be flexible but please do not intentionally bend them as this can weaken them.
The earrings are best kept in a safe place when not being worn, do not swim or shower with them on. If they become dirty you can clean them with some soapy water and a soft cloth.
Stud post earrings are surgical steel and suitable for sensitive ears.
The gold post earrings are a combination of surgical steel, gold-plated surgical steel and gold-plated brass.
The hoops are steel or surgical steel
Each listing will have details on the findings (the bits that go in your ears) that I have used on that particular earring.

What is your turnaround time? 

As most items are hand made by me, (with the exception of the sublimated mugs) it can take one to two weeks to get your order ready to send. Orders for specific celebrations e.g. Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, may take longer, however they will be sent at least a week before to ensure they arrive on time. This is normally update in the top left corner of the website. 

As I am not an essential business, I cannot send items in level 4.
 

Do you have all the stock made up?
Sometimes I have popular items ready to go however, most items are made to order. Please see my ready to send collections for stock that is pre made.  

Can I change the colour of the design pictured online?
It depends on the design but I am often able to change the colours for you. Please get in touch if you have something particular in mind.

Do you do custom orders? 

Yes, I sure do! Most people request their ceramics are personalised and I also take custom mug orders for various designs.

How long will my order take to arrive? (New Zealand) 

I aim to have orders ready for the courier within in one to two weeks, sometimes even quicker. As you may know, I am a mum so sometimes mum life gets in the way. If your order is delayed for any reason I will be in touch.

Orders for specific celebrations e.g. Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, may take longer, however they will be sent at least a week before to ensure they arrive on time.

How do you send items? 

I use courier post overnight delivery to send all my products to you. They aim to have it delivered by the next working day, however as the pickup day counts as day 0, your parcel may take 2 days to arrive.

Do you send internationally?

Yes I can ship internationally – please get in touch for a shipping quote

 Pricing 

 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and all local taxes are included. Ashleigh Fish is not GST registered so no GST will be charged on your items.

Items shipped from my office are a $7 =$3.9 for rural
Sublimate items shipping price depends on which island and number of mugs, also +$3.9 for rural

Although these printed mugs contain my designs, I am unable to print them myself. I have outsourced this to another local business who will ship these directly. This means that the printed mugs have a separate shipping charge to items made by myself.
