Missing or wrong item in parcel?

I take a lot of care in processing your order. If there is a mistake with your order please get in touch as soon as you can so I can quickly remedy the situation and get the correct order to you.

Faulty items?

I check over all items before they are sent to ensure they are in their best condition. If you do receive a product with a fault, please email me a photo and description so I can arrange a replacement for you (at no cost). If I am unable to replace your item you are welcome to a store credit or a refund. Please note I must be notified within 30 days of receiving your product.

Damaged items?

If your parcel has arrived damaged, please get in touch with me asap so I can follow up with the courier company and also arrange a replacement of your damaged items. I will require a photo and description of the damages to file a complaint with the courier.

The courier may also ask you to send the damaged goods to them for their reference and if this happens, they will provide you with a courier bag to send it the broken item and packaging back in.

If your packaging is damaged but the goods are fine, I would also like to know so we can follow this up or upgrade our packaging. 

Changed your mind?

Unfortunately, as most orders are customised to suit you, I do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please make sure you choose carefully.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note that colours are matched the best I can for the website, every monitor is different so may result in some colour difference. Social media posts may have a filter and are not always an accurate representation of colour.
