Payments

Payments are added on each design — open a design, open its license deal, and use “+ Add payment”.

💾 Back up your data

Your data lives in this browser on this device. It survives refreshes and restarts — but download a backup regularly so you never lose anything (and to move between devices).

🔄 Sync across computers

Save your data to a file inside your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive folder. The tracker auto-saves to it as you work, your cloud service syncs the file, and connecting the same file on another computer picks up where you left off.

📖 Brand lookbook

A polished page of your designs that aren't currently licensed, ready to share with brands. Open it and print / save as PDF to attach to pitch emails. Or connect a lookbook file saved in your cloud-synced folder — the tracker rewrites it whenever your art changes, so a share link to that file always points at your latest work (brands download the file to view it).

🤖 Use with your AI (optional)

Export a lightweight, image-free copy of your data to paste or upload into your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). Ask it things like "Which pitches need a follow-up email? Draft them in my voice." or "Which collections get the most licenses?"
